How a Nordentry engagement works

From the first conversation to your first closed Nordic deal — here is exactly what we do and when.

Market mapping

We start by understanding your product, ICP and expansion goals. Using AI-powered research tools we map the Nordic competitive landscape, identify your strongest entry point and build a list of the first 30 target accounts. This is completed before a single outreach email is sent.


Targeted outreach

We build and run a personalised outreach campaign to your target accounts. Every message is researched and written specifically for that company — referencing something specific and current about them. We use a three-touch sequence over 12 days. You are copied on all communications.


Meeting qualification

We run all first meetings, qualify the opportunity and assess whether it is worth escalating to you. You only get involved when there is a genuinely qualified conversation to have. Before every meeting we escalate, you receive a written brief covering the company, the contact, the opportunity and the recommended approach.


Pipeline management

We manage all active opportunities from first meeting through to proposal stage — following up, handling objections and keeping deals moving. You receive a monthly pipeline report covering active opportunities, deal values, expected close dates and recommended priorities for the coming month.


Close

We negotiate and close on your behalf, or bring you into final conversations where your presence adds weight. Commission is earned on deals we close — not on meetings booked or proposals sent. Our incentives are fully aligned with yours.

Timeline to first results

Most clients see qualified meetings within 6 to 8 weeks of engagement start. First closed deals typically occur within 4 to 6 months, depending on your sales cycle and product complexity.

How we report

Monthly written pipeline report covering all activity, active opportunities and priorities. You are copied on all outreach. We are available for a monthly call — included in the retainer.

How we work together

We work with a maximum of 5 clients at any one time. Engagements run on a monthly retainer plus commission on closed deals. Minimum engagement is three months. No hidden fees.
